There are many more model 404 ton and a half Gasoline powered Unimogs on the road and for sale than the 2 ton Diesel model 406 and 416 and there are many pages  that have a wealth of information on the model 404
But since I am a 416 owner this page will focus on a few of the options available for the model 406 and 416

The optional Unimog hydraulic system comes with up to 4 separate hydraulic circuits that power many hydraulic accessories including the 3 way dump beds, hydraulic winches Backhoes, Front Loaders, 

The  Unimog PTO system consists of a bolt on attachment to the transmission and either forward or rear shafts or both and can be used to power winches, compressors, generators, hydraulic pump water pumps or generators.
